Went in to buy a Liberty Pump to do a sump pump replacement and had a specific model in mind which wasn't in stock, but their staff quickly found basically the same model in a lower HP which was properly the appropriate choice to begin with. They helped me pick out a check valve and even read my mind and brought out the brick platform that I was about ask for. For a first time homeowner, felt a little intimidated going into supply shops that seem to mostly deal with professionals who know exactly what they need - But had a very pleasant experience and expect to return for my future plumbing supply needs.
